About

I didn't start in property sales.

I started in banking and corporate finance, at places like OCBC, PwC and Grant Thornton, valuing companies and weighing risk for a living. Later, at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, I worked on making Singapore a better place to do business.

From 2013 to 2025, I ran investment programmes that taught thousands of Singaporeans how to think clearly about property and plan their decisions with care. I saw the same thing often: sensible people making a major financial decision under time pressure, without the full picture in front of them.

That is why I work the way I do. I am a licensed realtor, and I see my role as an advisor first. I will show you the numbers, share an honest view, and if something is not right for you, I will say so. The aim is a decision that is right for you.

“I was ready to buy a second property and Douglas showed me on the numbers why waiting a year was the smarter move. That kind of honesty is rare.”
